Our dedicated assembly unit expands the pipe walls towards the inner surface of Adeba Coupling and pipe material penetrates into the grooves that ensures rigid mechanical fixing and air tightness in between.
There are 2 x female and 1 x male grooves on the inner surface of Adeba Couplings. Pipes and fittings, which are expanded and penetrated into those grooves in circular by our dedicated assembly unit provides a very strong mechanical connection in between pieces.
There is NO mechanical weakening appears on both pieces during fitting. The pipe and fittings are only expanded outwards permanently in the range of +2 to 3 mm in diameter as seen in the picture.
There is 1 additional O-ring ensures 100% air tightness in between Adeba Coupling and the pipe fittings. This O-ring natural rubber and never touches to the product inside the pipe.
After installation, a perfect harmony and soft transition is guaranteed in between the inner walls of the pipes at connection points.
