ADEBA FILTER’s Fire Detection and Extinguishing System is equipped with the highest level of technological items in order to protect your assets with early detection and strong response.
Fire, especially in dust filters appears and develops in seconds.
To be able to protect your asset, systems are to be wise enough and fast enough to the response. This is why Adeba filters are built on a special automation control that is with maximized checkpoints and with your specific proses base settings functionality.
Smoke is the initial sign of a fire. Dedicated smoke detectors within the loop of your central fire detection system are also located in Adeba Filters. Any potential smoke initiates alarms for factory security teams, while dedicated Automation has been already taken defined protections in place.
On the other side, there are 3 temperature measurement sensors location on Adeba filters. They are on Dirty Air chamber, Clean air chamber and on Airlock. All measurements are recorded. According to predefined warning and alarm limits, automation takes the necessary preventive actions before you arrive and control.
If more than 2 signs appear in the filter, automation turns off the system with no doubt.
In parallel, in order to fully isolate fire and keep it away from oxygen, Line shut off valves are also closed.
Finally, fire calms down with no oxygen and closed in a limited space is extinguished with high volume water purged from side wall sprinklers operated with automated control valve. (These sprinklers are not conventional temperature activated)
