Tobacco Pipe Blockage Prevention and Choke-up Alarming

The objective of this function is to minimize Maker down time due to Maker «No Tobacco» and pipe blockage reason.

If vacuum pressure is generated at tobacco transfer pipe (when Maker demand is ON) but, low air
speed is measured for certain period (adjustable) PARS consider this situation as potential blockage
and activates blockage opening measures as below.

  1. Generates and early warning signal for Maker operator to check the status via PARS HMI screen
(Alarming in Visual Sound) before maker actually stops
  2. Maximizes Fluctuates vacuum pressure (As very fast valve ON OFF action) to release potential
blockage in the pipe at the early stage via exposing high vacuum pressure shock effect (Squeeze
    release)
