The objective of this function is to control Maker hopper leakage, warn operator at the early phase of
possible leakage and avoid pressure loss leading to instability in feeding process higher tobacco
degradation rate.
This function aims to minimize Maker downtime caused by ‘No Tobacco’ issues. If vacuum pressure is detected at the tobacco transfer pipe with low air speed for a certain period, the system activates early warning measures, alerting the Maker operator and initiating rapid vacuum pressure fluctuations to prevent potential blockages.

The PARS program monitors the feeding duration and cycle of the Maker machine and issues a warning alarm to the operator if the pre-defined feeding duration is exceeded within consecutive 3-5-10 feeding cycles. This allows the operator to take corrective action such as changing the feeder discharge speed.
